well the original poutine was made with mild cheddar curds yes, but some places use mozarella (not a problem to me )
i find its the fries that make the poutine. i'd choose a poutine from one of those 2 for 1 pizza places over mc donald's, belle pro' and p'tit quebec :|
you're in montreal every other weekend? i live there everyday lol

KFC has some pretty good poutine. Burger king had a monopoly on the poutine market around here for a while...

I'ev never had it, since I'm not sure it can be had where I live, but net friends from Canada have shown pictures of it and all I can say is....it looks disgusting.
And I don't think I'd like those ingrediants together, either...tho who knows....but I'm not sure I could get past the appearance...lol

euw... now that I know... no... I don't... Or... wouldn't. I don't like melty cheese, let alone melted cheese + gravy + fried potatoes.

How dare you! You made me hungry and then revolted me all at the same time! I like cheese, I like gravy, and I like frenchfries, however, I do not think that altogether they would make a savory meal to clog my arteries.

Mais oui oui, FROMAGE. My old high school made the greatest gravy in my history of gravy tasting. Holy chapeau! Move aside Lipton Sidekicks!
